Job Description

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting company events, including meetings, conferences, interviews.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Infrastructure field.
  • An Engineering Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Having professional technical experience in administrating, overseeing, and forecasting warehouse, purchasing, payment collection, and logistics depts.
  • Maintaining sufficient experience as a Project Manager or Projects General Manager.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Having excellent communication skills.
  • Age is 40 max
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills
  • CMA is a plus
