Job Summary :

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Responsible of purchasing office equipment.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
  • Provide support to HR team to improve policies and procedures.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.

Job Requirements
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Bachelor’s Degree; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
