Job Description
- Support end-users with IT-related problems.
- Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses.
- Setup, management, and maintenance of IT-equipment.
- Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
- Monitor network and backup jobs.
- Training staff with IT related equipment.
- Assist the IT director with project work to grow the technology infrastructure of the organization.
- Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems.
- Ensure data integrity with regard to our fixed asset inventories.
- Maintain hardware and software.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience not less than 3 years
- Certified at least CCNA& MCSA
- Good knowledge in exchange, backup ways, Problem Solving
- Multi-tasking, LAN, Network Design and implementation.
