Job Description
Job Scope:
- Responsible for facilitating the receiving, storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials and effectively managing the timely flow of order processing.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for buying non production materials like Wires - Paints- Cement ...etc
- Receiving the requests from the responsible dept. and make pricing and developing for the new items with different suppliers - sourcing suppliers regularly
- Issue and place official PO to suppliers and finalize all deals with last negotiations for all needed terms
- Receiving requests for any non production items from departments
- Make pricing and developing for the all items with different suppliers - sourcing suppliers regularly
- Receiving PR from requester department
- Issue and place official procurement order to suppliers and finalize all deals with last negotiations for all needed terms
- Arrange and manage all the payments for all suppliers with financial dept. based on approved PO's and manage to get claims for any delay or defected goods ...etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in same position (Factory Based non production procurement).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Attention to details.
