Job Description
- Managing Petty Cash in the office for managing office stationery & other office functioning related goods
- Managing timely payments of office utilities like electricity, printer etc
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements on office related expenses
- Managing travel of employees – Travel advance, ticketing, travel itinerary, visa etc
- Co-ordinate with agency for Work Permit of foreign nationals
- Visit various embassies / agencies / banks from time to time on need basis.
- Managing banking transaction of office. Cash withdrawal etc
- Handling the office staff like Office Boy, Receptionist & Drivers
Job Requirements
- Experience of general Office Administration
- Female / Male
- Age: 25-35
- University graduate
- minimum 2-4 yrs of experience
