Job Description

  • Managing Petty Cash in the office for managing office stationery & other office functioning related goods
  • Managing timely payments of office utilities like electricity, printer etc
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements on office related expenses
  • Managing travel of employees – Travel advance, ticketing, travel itinerary, visa etc
  • Co-ordinate with agency for Work Permit of foreign nationals
  • Visit various embassies / agencies / banks from time to time on need basis.
  • Managing banking transaction of office. Cash withdrawal etc
  • Handling the office staff like Office Boy, Receptionist & Drivers

Job Requirements

  • Experience of general Office Administration
  • Female / Male
  • Age: 25-35
  • University graduate
  • minimum 2-4 yrs of experience
