Job Description

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and sales standards throughout branches in the Area.
  • Ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of Branch Managers, whilst managing within agreed budgets.
  • Plan the administrative functions and to have excellent abilities in financial and operations planning.
  • Exceed the expectations of business development and efficiency.
  • Achieve branch control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.
  • Identify under performing branches and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
  • Effectively manage the performance and development of branch managers to drive and maximize the sales performance throughout the Area.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in the same managerial field.
  • Microsoft proficiency is a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Decision maker.
  • Candidate must be good in English with excellent business writing skills.
