Job Description
- Telesales Representative Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in telesales
- Female is preferred
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Personable and friendly tone of voice
- Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical
- Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected
- Good command of English
