Job Description
- AvidBeam has an opening for Computer Vision R&D developer. The successful candidate will join a highly-motivated team of software designers and engineers responsible for the development and integration of computer vision applications and libraries. This job involves research development, integration, testing, and performance optimization.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product development in related technologies.
- Strong knowledge in computer vision, image processing algorithms, machine learning, neural network.
- Analysis and optimization algorithms.
- Strong programming experience with C, C++, C#, Java, and MATLAB.
- Experience working with OpenCV, ffmpeg, or other video and imaging tools.
- Experience with Arabic and English OCR is highly valued
- Experience with Arabic and English speech recognition is highly valued
- Working knowledge in Object detection, face recognition and feature extraction
- Working knowledge with GPU programming & optimization
- Knowledge with video coding standards such as MPEG4, H264, and H265 is a plus
- Master in Computer Science in related areas is a plus
