Job Description
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Implement security measures and networks.
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance with requirements.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Install programs, configure networks and databases to the company.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT specialist or help desk.
- Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Windows and software installation, maintaining, configuration, and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and domain controller configuration.
- Hardware troubleshooting and replacement of malfunctioning parts.
- Very good English is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
