- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and description.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, test, interviewing system through counseling managers on candidate selection.
- Prepare employees for assignments.
- Ensure planning,monitoring and appraisal of employees.
- Schedule management meetings with employees and resolving problems for all staff.
- Support current and future needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies system,tactics and procedures across the organization.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Working experience as HR manager or other HR executive not less than 3 years.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Age would not exceed 38 yrs.
