Review, format and type contracts and bilingual documents.
Schedule/Calendar management, etc. for attorneys (i.e. deadlines, due dates, follow-up dates, travel arrangements and/or accommodations and sets up teleconferencing)
Maintain and update associates’ task list, reminders and monitoring projects deadlines.
Edit, review and prepare in final form and correct legal format: legal documents, contracts, agreements, amendments, resolutions, and correspondence, completed independently or from verbal, written or dictated direction for final review and/or signature of attorney.
Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Filing documents to ensure their safety and confidentiality.
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls.
Organize senior manager schedule, assisting them in all assigned tasks and preparing travel requests & reservations.
Responsible for the legal library organizing and stationery requests.
Preparing leave planner for the team members, submitting leave forms for the HR, time sheets,....etc
