Job Description
Business Analyst/PM 5 years in the Banking Sector with focus on ATMs & Card Management
- Design or modify information systems through process of business analysis; identifying user needs, documenting requirements, and translate it into proper system requirement specifications.
- Proactive, eager in coming up with innovative ideas to either enhance and improve the user experience of ATMs and other cards related functions.
- Implementation, progress reports, plans, scoping and vendor management.
- Manage users/ management’s expectations effectively and recognize issues/events which may affect delivery.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience in Requirement Management tools such as: Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational, in addition to MS VISIO or similar drawing tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing/ developing/ implementing or supporting Banking, creates confusion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Knowledge of Egyptian Banking Regulations and policies.
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
