Job Description
We currently have an opening for a high-energy, driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive with knowledge of enterprise software and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience.
The main responsibilities are as the following;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, sales visits ,networking and social media or any suitable sales strategy.
- Maintaining the existing accounts.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Construct quotations, sales presentations and proposals.
- Meeting agreed upon monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Working and collaborate with the other teams such as; the presales, implementation team and project management to achieve better results
- To recommend new opportunities and improvements in terms of clients profits and losses
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Updating the sales reports frequently.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years proven experience in software sales.
- Proven achieved sales target.
- The ability to handle customers efficiently
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Capability to grow in a competitive environment
- Strong business development skills
- Able to work effectively in teams and a matrix environment.
- Experience in selling software solutions for education sector is a BIG plus.
- Experience in selling HR Solutions is a BIG plus.
