Job Description

We currently have an opening for a high-energy, driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive with knowledge of enterprise software and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience.

The main responsibilities are as the following;

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, sales visits ,networking and social media or any suitable sales strategy.
  • Maintaining the existing accounts.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Construct quotations, sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meeting agreed upon monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Working and collaborate with the other teams such as; the presales, implementation team and project management to achieve better results
  • To recommend new opportunities and improvements in terms of clients profits and losses
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Updating the sales reports frequently.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years proven experience in software sales.
  • Proven achieved sales target.
  • The ability to handle customers efficiently
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Capability to grow in a competitive environment
  • Strong business development skills
  • Able to work effectively in teams and a matrix environment.
  • Experience in selling software solutions for education sector is a BIG plus.
  • Experience in selling HR Solutions is a BIG plus.
