Job Description
Planning and Monitor Process:
- Analyze all received rejection reasons.
Operational Excellence Process:
- Audit the ready print claims before submission.
- Audit the Claims for all companies regarding service code, membership IDs, policy numbers, etc.. before submission.
- Prepare the expected initial rejections report.
- Audit team receive the claims and assess opportunities for rejection and give recommendations
Customer Satisfaction process:
- Monitoring quality of approvals day by day and Submit all the invoiced services to insurance companies.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, audit, finance or management
Experience:
- 6 Month to 1 year experience in Insurance Companies or TPA
