Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist

About the job :

• Business Intelligence Unit is developing Self-Service BI Tools/Visual Dashboard for business users (Sales and Customer analysis, Inventory Management, Demand Forecast..), creating and sharing automated Business Object reports in order to identify and track key performance indicators of sales, marketing and operations as well as various ad-hoc reporting request and quarries from various business users.
• This unit develops BI, data – driven marketing campaigns, provide to business users relevant analytics and reports needed to successfully run marketing campaigns and track the success of the same if needed.
• It is also responsible for sourcing, cleaning, managing various intelligence data (customer, channel segmentation, product categorization…) as well as identifying process and data entry areas of improvement.
• As per request from management BI unit is analyzing various data and processes in order to solve certain business problems and provide recommendations to management.
• To assist with company-wide reporting and analytics needs.
• As part of the BI team the Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist will be responsible for creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards using advanced Excel, MIS (mandatory) and Power BI, MS Dynamics CRM and SAP Business Objects (preferably) from various internal and external data sources.
  
• The BI Reporting Specialist will consult with internal clients on business needs, translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, design efficient solutions, and interface with clients to ensure successful delivery of reporting.
• In addition, he/she will verify execution of changed functionality and make suggestions for improvement when needed.
