Job Description

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in appointments, board meetings, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Filing /Archiving

Job Requirements

  • We are looking for a bright and cheerful person.
  • Experience needed in the beauty medical field
  • As long as you are willing to learn you will have a full training period to acquire the necessary knowledge.
  • The working hours will be from 2 to 10 pm in El Tagamoa, New Cairo Area.
