Responsibilities:
- Work as a team leader and monitor team performance.
- Assign tasks for each member in the team.
- Participate in making the marketing plans for different projects.
- Make outbound B2B calls to business professionals in various industries with the intent to offer them services / products that they will find beneficial.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records after calls are completed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in performing B2B calls required.
- Strong English communication skills, with no to minimal accent.
- Excellent follow-up and customer service skills.
- Able to remain charming and professional when speaking with customers on the phone.
