Job Description
- Planning exhibition hall layouts and activities program.
- Researching suitable venues and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
- Seeking and securing sponsorship.
- Designing anything from online registration forms to floral arrangements.
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
- Organizing car parking facilities, security, first aid and catering.
- Promoting the event and organizing the production of tickets, posters, catalogues and sales brochures.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to team.
- Traveling to on-site inspections and project managing events.
- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
