Job Description
- Prepare, track and analyze marketing plans, including branding strategy, competitor analysis and market trends.
- Maintain social media accounts with fresh and engaging content.
- Copyright and proofread all outgoing communications.
- Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and ad campaigns.
- Create and distribute press releases to raise brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and institutions to expand referral resources and partnering for programs.
- Lead employee communication strategies, including all feedback campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with all Advertising and Media Agencies.
- Create marketing packages for newly acquired and existing assets.
- Oversight of graphic design projects, website design, 3D floor-plan layout and property mapping.
Job Requirements
- A degree in marketing or a related field, preferably MBA.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
- An ability to lead the marketing team.
- Staying informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes helps marketing directors maintain their firm's competitiveness.
- Hospitality and/or Residential background is a MUST.
