Dynamic Key Account Manager - located in Saudi Arabia or Egypt

tna Middle East have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and technically passionate Key Account Manager to join our global team of over 25 dynamic sales team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a ‘hunter’ mentality and strong initiative in sourcing sales opportunities and seeking solutions to complex capital/ automation equipment requirements. To really stand out in this role, tna are looking for a Key Account Manager who is an ‘out of the box thinker’ with a customer-focused, consultative attitude to long standing global customers in and around Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

The most successful applicants will have food industry OEM/ manufacturing exposure. In addition, they should possess a proven track record of business development and facilitating the sales process in the manufacture of food processing and packaging equipment/ similar innovative automation machinery.

tna Key Account Managers provide exceptional value in providing superior key customer support and service, negotiating terms of sales, assisting with spare parts and project management. They will be a technical sounding board and first point of call for key tna customers.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, enduring and collaborative customer relationships
  • Maximising tna’s success with all relevant sales opportunities within the designated account/s
  • Ensuring internal visibility of all up to date supplier requirements and budgeted projects
  • Maintaining current knowledge and awareness of competitor's offerings and pricing

Job Requirements

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience

We are looking for a self-motivated and diligent individual with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Areas of additional importance are:

  • Experience of driving the sales process from plan to close, ensuring outcomes are achieved
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
  • Previous experience in machinery sales and/or an engineering role
  • High order communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A team player, aligned to tna’s core values and culture which include being passionate, professional, committed, honest, acting with integrity and treating everyone with dignity and respect
  • Exposure to the manufacturing industry (specifically food and packaging) would be highly desirable
