Job Description
- Our company is looking for an Electromagnetic Engineer who has the ability to perform design of electro-mechanical systems such as DC rotary/linear solenoids and motors for the automation industry.
- Mechanical and electromagnetic design as well as FEA using various multi-physics software packages.
Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of Electromagnetic Theory, including the design of solenoids, and various motor types.
- Ability to model electromagnetic parameters as well as heat dissipation in electric machines in packages such as Comsol or similar
- Ability to design and perform FEA analysis of mechanical systems in Solidworks
- Must be able to fluently speak English and develop professional engineering documentation.
