Job Description
- Performing Recruitment cycle from a to z
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Performing Payroll and personnel Functions beside performance appraisal as well
- Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
- Calculating the correct amount for deductions and bonuses using ERP system
- Track and follow up on attendance of all employees and managing their annual and sick leave and all required personnel tasks
- Managing social and Medical insurance
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information
- Improves employees performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions
- Implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree at least preferably English section degree
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent communication skills
- HR diploma is a plus
