Job Description
- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
- Accountable for different operating systems, Application servers and Data base engines that support Asset projects; Responsibilities on these systems include SA engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation.
- Review system setup for compliance with requirements and agreed-upon design.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Provide ongoing support and system optimization services
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and internet systems.
- Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
- Maintain network and system security.
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, computer science ,or related field.
- From 3-5 years practical total experience of Data center Monitoring, support, troubleshooting and network administration.
- Excellent experience in Zoho System.
- Good knowledge in IT Systems field.
- Good knowledge in windows server.
- Good knowledge in Active directory.
- Good knowledge in TMG.
