Job Description
- Handling all the cases related to competition and anti-trust Law
- Handling Corporate matters
- Handling and reviewing all kinds of contracts.
- Negotiating terms of contractual relationship.
- Research the law and giving general legal advice in commercial matters
- Supervising any agreements with all departments.
- Analyzing legal documents related to contractual relationships with third parties
- Providing legal opinions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (English or French section) Fluent in English and French
- Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on one and group situations
- Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analyses.
- Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts.
