Job Description
- Manage all office correspondence such as e-mails, documents, faxes and memos with the Administrative Supervisor.
- Set and update the administration department procedures and make sure they are communicated to department staff.
- Review and approve petty cash expenditure according to agreed deadlines and policies.
- Monitor and approve all office supplies (stationery, buffets, kitchen, etc...).
- Set plans for indoors and outdoors events.
- Manage office layout and furniture needs in coordination with supply chain department.
- Manage all office administration activities as per building administration functions document.
- Responsible for the supervision and continuous development of the administration team and activities.
- Manage travel arrangements for the group of companies with administration specialist.
- Manage and follow up buildings maintenance and fleet activities.
