Job Description
- Develop Firmware architectures from initial requirements through design and coding through to system testing
- Maintain and manage project schedules, assigning and tracking tasks both internally and externally
- Support as a technical expert in Firmware Development
- Report project status to the management team and undertake mitigation actions
- Monitor & Improve Technical excellence of the team
- Motivate the team, facilitating team activities, and organize team work into a process
- Support innovation in the team
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, computer science or Equivalent.
- Excellent C programming skills and adheres to expected design practices
- Firmware design and development experience
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, debugging skills & interpretation skills.
- Self-motivated, good verbal and written communication, good presentation skills
- Has the ability and art of Motivate the Teamwork, Planning & Organizing team
