Job Description
- Collect, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements and create a detailed work plan.
- Create product roadmap, schedule, scope and reporting activities and effectively communicate product goals, objectives, and requirements to stakeholders
- Perform detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications.
- Support developers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle.
- Participate in product creation time plan and specify product milestones after consolidating efforts collected from the development team.
- Estimate effort for business analysis activities.
- Demonstrate to stakeholders the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks.
- Backlog grooming; writing, managing and verifying user stories.
- Partner with UI/UX designers to deliver unrivaled user experience throughout the application.
- Specify the list of components of each release (Define BOM of each release.)
- Define software release criteria (including but not limited to performance, security, stability, industrialization and deployment process)
- Write user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria and design wireframes for each release
- Review development progress on a regular basis and report to management
- Ensure each product deliverable meets the right level of functional capabilities, performance, security, and stability.
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared stories to work on.
- Perform UAT and ensure that the team outputs meets the acceptance criteria.
- Define KPIs for features to measure features success
Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong grasp of business analysis.
- Knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Hands on experience with creating System Requirement document (SRS)
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or any related field
- 2 years of related experience
- UI/UX background
- Excellent research and computer skills
