Job Description

Customer care advisor to help corporate  customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their queries.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through inbound calls.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holders ONLY.
  • Fluent English speakers.
  • Work Experience in customer service/call center (Preferably at least 1 or two years’ experience).
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. 
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts.
  • Max age 30.
  • Location Cairo.
  • Military service should be identified for Males.
