  • We are looking for a reliable, well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management.
  • The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures and task delegation. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.
  • The office manager will be reporting to the Heliopolis University President

Job Requirements

  • Excellent language skills in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
  • Experience in developing, writing and translating content
  • At least 4 years experience in the a similar job
  • Advanced courses in communication will be a plus
