Brief
'We are looking for an HR Generalist to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between Management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our Management and assist in developing company's policies, processes and a positive company's culture.
An ideal candidate for the human resources generalist position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with e-commerce is also an advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company has relevant culture along with clear policies and operates to attract, hire and maintain good talents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Management in developing the company's culture
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents
- Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process which includes consulting with
- Management to identify needs and preferred qualifications, interviewing applicants about their experience, education and skills, Contact references and perform background checks
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines Experiences
- 2 to 5 years' HR experience, familiar with all-around HR practices and with strong HR sense.
- Outstanding managerial, communication, coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
- Quick learner & ability to perform multi-tasks
- Proficient in English
