Our company is seeking a full-time HR officer. The candidate's main responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, training and development, and payroll preparation.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement strategies for finding potential candidates for recruitment
- Respond to staff needs and influence a positive working environment
- Follow-up with freelancers and work-from-home staff
- Track and manage attendance, lateness, vacations, and payroll
- Report to management all aspects regarding HR
- Explore training and development needs and act accordingly
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR actions
- Perform duties as demanded
Job Requirements
- Excellent in spoken and written English & Arabic
- Proven working experience in HR
