Job Description

  • Maintain records for orders items and received.
  • Process P.O.'s for materials, spare parts and other requirements.
  • Prepare purchasing department budget and monitor the performance.
  • Analyze market changes in order to asses material availability.
  • Develop and implement specific purchasing policies, terms and conditions.
  • Direct and supervise personnel engaged in buying.
  • Continuous search for new suppliers and alternative materials to reduce on the risk.
  • Reduce expenses and increase the purchasing efficiency.
  • Continuous follow up the MRP and communication with planning section.
  • Improve the purchasing cycle and cost of purchasing to the minimum.
  • Monitoring and coaching all section activities to ensure the best performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.( prefer commerce )
  • Up to 8 years of experience in relevant field especially in the importing field.
  • Certified CSCP – CPIM (preferable).
  • Very good command of MS Excel and English
  • Experience in AX System (preferable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical , mathematical, and problem solving skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
