Job Description
- Maintain records for orders items and received.
- Process P.O.'s for materials, spare parts and other requirements.
- Prepare purchasing department budget and monitor the performance.
- Analyze market changes in order to asses material availability.
- Develop and implement specific purchasing policies, terms and conditions.
- Direct and supervise personnel engaged in buying.
- Continuous search for new suppliers and alternative materials to reduce on the risk.
- Reduce expenses and increase the purchasing efficiency.
- Continuous follow up the MRP and communication with planning section.
- Improve the purchasing cycle and cost of purchasing to the minimum.
- Monitoring and coaching all section activities to ensure the best performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.( prefer commerce )
- Up to 8 years of experience in relevant field especially in the importing field.
- Certified CSCP – CPIM (preferable).
- Very good command of MS Excel and English
- Experience in AX System (preferable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal, analytical , mathematical, and problem solving skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
