Job Description
- Ensure that purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets,which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
- Collect basic information about material and check out its presence in market.
- Work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality and compliance measure.
- Analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver products comply with specifications at competitive prices.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain maximum benefit for the company.
- Finalize procurement package - financial comparisons and technical submits - for approval.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Lead Procurement and Warehouse team
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain Field
- Facility Management background is preferred.
- Strong ERP and systems skills desirable.
- Statistical forecasting experience recommended but not required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
