Job Description
- Audit supplier's documents verifying data (facts, dates) using standard reference sources.
- Communicate with suppliers professionally and timely mannered.
- Manage electronic and telephone correspondence with clients and colleagues.
- Compile supplier's file with all the personal and business documents and information needed.
- Maintain an updated report at all times for supplier's file progress and follow up on the updates weekly.
- Deal with shipping and couriers (DHL- FedEx - EVERGREEN - MSC) effectively in dispatching and tracking shipments.
- Use E-mails correspondence with suppliers.
- Make sure the new employee has the basic information to function effectively, such as email access, and strategies and vision of the future.
- Help new employees understand the organization in a broad sense (it's past, present, culture, and strategies and vision of the future).
- Train new employees and supervise their work during training period.
- Additional tasks might be added as per business needs.
Job Requirements
- We are looking for fresh graduate (Faculty Of Commerce English Section).
- Excellent English reading, writing and speaking.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good PR skills with outgoing personality
- Worked in Import / Export
- Good user of Microsoft applications (outlook – word – excel- PowerPoint) and PDF adobe.
