Job Description
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Focus on technical/IT projects.

Supporting OPS strategy projects as support resource
- Preparing documentation and PPT slides
- Consolidation of diverse inputs from OPS and non-OPS stakeholders
Coordinating OPS Expert round tables
- Organizing meeting
- Moderation of meeting
Documentation and follow ups
- Documenting new Global OPS standards (design blueprint with SMEs)
- Activity and resource planning
- Organizing and motivation of SMEs
- Controlling time management
- Monitoring progress
Job Requirements
- Fundamental project management skills
- Good organizational savvy
- Breadth in Customer Service knowledge
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Profound English knowledge (min. C1); additional languages (German, French) desirable
