Job Description
- Follow up attendance
- Manages daily operation,
- Daily follow up.
- Sending & receiving emails
- Dealing with clients via formal mails
- Preparing offers and training proposals.
- Preparing Salaries Sheet
- Follow up the update for the social media and the website
- Update confirmations and invoices sheets
- Making invoices and confirmations forms and send it to the clients and follow up it via phone and mails
- Communicates with hotels for courses reservations
- Search and communicate with instructors for the different courses fields

Working hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and two days off.
Job Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor degree
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- English Language is must
- 5-7 years as a Secretary
- Excellent in Computer and MS office programs
- Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
