Job Description
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and corresponding.
- Receiving phone calls & directing them
- Welcoming guests and direct them
- Handling secretarial duties as assigned
- Following up pending subjects & report the feed-back independently
