Job Description

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and corresponding.
  • Receiving phone calls & directing them
  • Welcoming guests and direct them
  • Handling secretarial duties as assigned
  • Following up pending subjects & report the feed-back independently

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic computer applications (Microsoft office- Outlook- Internet searching)
  • Ability to browse Internet
  • Ability to work individually or in team
  • Ability to work under stress
