Job Description
- Reviews foreign contracts, concluded with foreign companies that need to be renewed, and which belong to all group companies in order to continue the existing project with foreign companies.
- Prepares and reviews the study of foreign contracts, that are negotiated for the first time from a legal point of view, and amendments are made until the final form of the contract is reached for approval.
- Discusses and negotiates foreign contracts, with the relevant activities of the Elaraby group of companies, the Board of Directors and the Executive Council, in order to determine the requirements of the Elaraby group of companies and determine the principles of negotiation with foreign companies to prepare the required contracts
- Negotiates with foreign companies according to the instructions of the Board of Directors to solve the problems of contracting with other companies in order to reach the final solution in line with the legal aspect and the interest of the Elaraby group of companies.
- Prepares reports related to foreign contracts, in accordance with the requirements of the Board of Directors, in order to support decision-making
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Law (Major: English)
- 0 -1 year of Experience and preferred in Foreign Contracts
- Excellent command of reading, written and spoken English
- Very good communication skills
