Job Description
We are a leading destination management and luxury tourism company, providing unique and inspiring experiences, holidays, and business travel services. We are looking for Tourism Manager to join our team and become responsible for ensuring that the overall tour programs and operations are executed and developed in line with company strategy and plans. Essential job responsibilities include:
- Developing unique domestic and international tour programs and travel services
- Research new destinations, hotels, and tourism products, determining potential markets, deciding type of holidays to sell each season, and the resorts/countries to use
- Establishing work plans and objectives
- Liaising with international tour operators, airlines, hoteliers, and resort reps
- Agreeing on service levels, contracts, cost, and predicting profits or number of bookings
- Maintaining a high level of service quality for unique luxury travel experiences
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
- Work closely with marketing, and sales division on new business development initiatives, market penetration, and product diversification.

- Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, or an equivalent, MBA will be advantageous.
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages will be an added bonus
- Fluency in MS Office, extra software skill is preferred
