Job Description
- Being the expert in the CRM and Quotation tools, and to be the trainer for onboarding new team members and providing daily assistance to all commercial team/personnel.
- Ensure Systems and tools checks and balances are in place to assist the commercial leader in enforcing policy and procedural adherence on all tools/systems at all times and assuring Data Quality is always at the highest level.
- Be the expert and super user at the country level of Customer Performance Management System ensuring maintenance requirements are always in place and following regional guidelines.
- Using Customer Performance Management System and other tools provide commercial leader with business intelligence and required reports.
- Will be required to process Sales Targets and Incentive Scheme in line with regional guidelines.
- Be an expert in Agility Connects Visibility to lead in promoting the tool internally and externally by training sales employees and when required our customers.
- Required to do other executive support tasks as outline and required by Commercial leader.
Job Requirements
- In need for a guru in using MS Office specially XLS and PPT
- Well known of the Freight forwarding basic rules and info
