Job Description
Main Duties:
- Control incoming and outgoing cash registers and record entries
- Control stores and follow-up movements received and excluded
- Conducting cost Analysis
- Preparing and recording the distributors' invoices daily and follow up their checks
- Approving the value added tax every month
- Responsible for Petty cash Management
- Calculating depreciation.
- Record all entries for balance sheet & ERP system
- Assist in monthly /yearly closing procedures ,prepares monthly costing related reports
- Stock Coverage
- Sales Report
- Sales Analysis report
- Price Purchasing Variance report
- Material usage variance report & stock report
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / English Section
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the accounting field
- Pharma field background
- Maadi Residence is preferred
