Job Description
- First line support for the users.
- Answering staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
- Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
- Performing hardware and software installations.
- Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers , Exchange.
- Making sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines.
- Windows server 2003,2008 and 2012
- Office 2003, 2007,2010 and 2013.
- LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications.
- Antivirus and antispyware software awareness.
- A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP.
- A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure.
- Understanding of Network fundamentals.
- CCNA /MCSA
Job Requirements
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Help desk experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science .
- Max age 32
- Problem-solving skills.
