Job Description
Aim Of Job:
Performs the daily operational management of J&J settlement systems. Adheres to payment instructions, bank reconciliation and resolution of payment queries, payment preparation. Assists with the integration of different treasury processes. Assists with the implementation of Best Payment Practices
Main Accountabilities:
- Book all cash and bank transactions through the cash management module
- Monitors the daily operations of company settlement systems.
- Bank reconciliation preparation and cash position preparation
- Adheres to payment instructions, bank reconciliation and resolution of payment queries.
- Analyzes and documents information on affiliate hedging activities for noncompliances.
- Assists with the integration of different treasury processes such as Intercompany netting, Intercompany lending and hedging processes.
- Assists with the implementation of Best Payment Practices, advises and informs different operating companies.
- Monitors and documents liquidity of international affiliates.
- Assists with lending between J&J affiliates, Treasury centers and preferred third parties.

- Timeliness and accuracy in day to day cash transactions booking
- Timely bank reconciliation
- Timely Cash position preparation and follow-up
- Reporting accuracy
- Cash forecast accuracy
Job Requirements
Experience & Style
- Bachelors Degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting or banking
- At least two years of experinece in a similar position
- Banking background is a asset
- Excellent command of English language (Spoken & Written); French language is a plus
- Microsoft office proficiency
