Job Description
Job Overview:
- Ensure all requests and reservations are answered and reconfirmed in a timely manner.
- Liaising with clients, establishing their requirements and arranging tours to fit their needs.
- Inform customers on mandatory travel requirements covering their journey.
- Preparing itineraries for clients, informing client of costs and any extra expenditure.
- Offer and sell leisure products that are ready-made or tailor made to suit customer requirements and increase leisure sales.
- Maintain all reservations for all services accurately in our reservation system
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years travel industry experience and/or minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Proficiency in German is a MUST.
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills
