Job Description
- Perform general administrative work.
- Distribute and remind/follow up the management team with daily actions (to do lists).
- Responsible for the company office supplies
- Schedule & coordinate meetings, events & appointments.
- Responsible for plant and manager’s calendar
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the company team.
- Prepare agendas for meetings.
- Responsible for any visits internal & external.
Job Requirements
- Well-organized, the detail-oriented team member with excellent analytical, troubleshooting.
- Problem-solving skills
- Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, and Microsoft Office Skills.
- Experience from 3 to 5 years
- Fluent English.
