  • Personal Assistant for English speaker who is often traveling.
  • The successful applicant will provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Translation ability between English to Arabic, and Arabic to English is vital.
  • Trust must be quickly established as there must be full confidence that tasks are handled efficiently in manager’s absence.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes.
  • Managing, paying, and recording expenses
  • Arranging travel, meetings and appointments
  • Ordering supplies, organizing general maintenance and repairs

Personal Assistant for English Speaker:

  • Proficient in English & Arabic (written/spoken) with ability to translate
  • Presentable, trustworthy, and discrete
  • Independent, proactive, problem solver
  • Flexible and adaptable. Must be able to work with boss who is often traveling
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or educational institute
  • Very good computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
