Production Engineer

Ensure that the production process is being applied according to the set standards to meet the target KPI’s through:

• Monitoring production lines and workers to make sure they are running according to the set quality standards and required speed
• Calculating the OEE for each line on a daily basis to assess the lines’ efficiency
• Making daily/weekly/monthly reports to production manager about the lines’ performance levels and give recommendations for improvement
• Recording all machine downtimes and find root cause
• Monitoring the hygiene, safety and GMP standards in the production area.
• Supervising the delivery of finished products to the warehouse and receival of components
