Job Description
This job requires you to report directly to the commercial operations manager as well as work closely with an outsourced marketing agency.
You will be:
- Assisting with developing the governance and operating guidelines for the commercial department as a whole.
- Assisting in the creation and execution of all marketing material (Online,site, outdoor)
- Monitor social media campaigns and posts
- Monitor efficiency of marketing campaigns based on yearly reports
- Procuring, managing and manipulating large data sets using Microsoft excel, specifically for SMS marketing campaign.
- Conducting quantitative analysis to identify potential process improvements.
- Media Planning
- Assist in data inputing for presentations
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in different marketing concentrations such as digital, print, outdoor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Experience in social media marketing
- Flexibility to work in teams and think independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage, clean and manipulate large datasets and work with raw data
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
