Job Description:

  • Managing the project’s kick-off meeting and other general meetings with all teams and stakeholders and also responsible for preparing meeting agendas and minutes of meeting.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the client or the client representative.
  • Maintain the work flow according to our standards.
  • Ensure the full considering of the archiving, naming convention and LDP CAD system through the project and report any shortage in all the above.
  • Make the project whole schedule and trace it’s performance.
  • Adopt the project’s history, records and correspondence.
  • Manage the project team to achieve the best performance through the project.
  • Ensure the delivery of the project in time through project’s scheduling and tracking.
  • Ensure the delivery of the project in quality through our quality checklists and in cooperation with the QAT.
  • Guide the project’s team technically through the project at all levels.
  • Maintain the project to be cost controlled and profitable.
  • Project managers should work within our work flow process.
  • Resources Allocation.
  • Make the periodically appraisal for his team.
  • Approve his team time sheets/leaves/bonus/penalties and other HR related issues.
  • Advise and overview his team training/personal development.
  • Presenting the project outputs at all stages internally/externally.
  • Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and partner.
  • Evaluating the company’s service specifications and examining them with client`s requirements.
  • Setting quality assurance compliance objectives to achieve the targets.
  • Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports/checklists
  • Conduct preparatory, initial and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work. Verify that checklists are being used and signed off.
  • Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project.
  • Document and distribute pre-punch lists, punch lists and the completion of these lists.
  • Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Faculty of Engineering.
  • PMP or PRMG or PSP certificate is a must.
  • Excellent English Language both written and spoken.
  • Project scheduling software.
  • Professional in Microsoft office (word – excel).
  • Fundamental project management skills.
  • Sound Judgmental.
  • Project Management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • High levels of creativity and imagination.
  • A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion.
  • Willingness to work under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project.
  • Organizational ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability.
  • Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
